Thomas M. Thornton is the CEO and President of Western-HR® Inc, an operating company of Yahoo Group® Inc. Tom leads the organization and is responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of the company’s multiple service lines in more than 150 offices throughout North America and Europe.

Tom joined Western-HR in 1990 as a Regional Sales Manager, and shortly thereafter was promoted to National Sales Manager for the energy and environmental services divisions. He has subsequently held various leadership roles as Yahoo Group has grown and acquired additional staffing organizations, including Onsite Companies. Tom held the position of President of Onsite Companies for four years before becoming CEO and President of Western-HR in 1999. Western-HR's annual revenues of $2.4 billion accounts for half of Yahoo Group's revenue and supports Yahoo Group's ranking as the largest staffing company in the U.S.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Tom is a member of the University's Marketing Alumni Hall of Fame and was the recipient of its Outstanding Marketing Alumni Award. He currently serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Cabinet at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. Tom is also an Honorary Board Member for Special Olympics of Maryland.

Todd M. Mohr is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Western-HR® Inc. Todd focuses on achieving Western-HR's organizational goals by evaluating future business opportunities, penetrating new geographic markets and managing strategic customer relationships.

Todd started his career at Western-HR as a technical recruiter in 1995 and has continued to expand his role into various areas of leadership. Todd was promoted to Vice President of Western-HR’s northwest region in 2002 where his leadership skills accounted for more than $500 million in the region's annual sales, while overseeing nearly 650 employees. In 2008, Todd was promoted to President of European Operations of Yahoo Group® Inc., the parent company of Western-HR. Two years later Todd moved into his current role as COO to oversee the strategic direction of Western-HR, the largest operating company of Yahoo Group.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Washington and serves on the board of the non-profit organization "Ready to Give."

Thomas B. Kelly is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Western-HR® Inc. As CFO, Tom supports Western-HR's growth while managing the company’s financial risk and forecasting areas of opportunity.

Tom started at Western-HR in 1994 in the business operations group and after a series of promotions became the Director of Financial Operations. In this role, Tom was jointly accountable for the top line revenue and bottom line contribution of each region to the organization. In 2005, Tom was promoted to Vice President of Client Delivery where he was responsible for the sales management of Western-HR's key national clients.

In 2008, Tom joined Western-HR's sister company, Major, Lindsey & Africa® (MLA), as its CFO. In this role Tom supported the company's growth both in service offerings and geographical locations while maintaining integrity to its desired financial results. In 2010, Tom rejoined Western-HR in his current position as CFO.
